Personal Introduction
Mr. Kwan first joined our firm in October 2013 as a Trainee Solicitor. He has now joined us as a Solicitor in our head office in Central and handles primarily corporate and commercial cases.
Mr. Kwan started his career at the Operations Department of Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) of Hong Kong. He then entered the financial industry and developed his second career. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Kwan had worked for a number of asset management companies in the region and had acted as a Responsible Officer (Type-9: Asset Management) licensed by Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong for years.
